Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

 
Any orders which meet the guidelines below and are placed from November 19th through December 19th are eligible for an extended return policy.  Rather than our standard 30 day return policy, any item purchased as a gift for the holidays will be eligible for return until January 8th 2007. Please follow the proper procedure explained below to receive your refund.

30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy:

Desirablegems.com is committed to your 100% satisfaction on all of our products.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry or if you find an item for a lower price, we will refund the difference or offer you a FULL REFUND within 30 days – Less the $5 handling fee.  Items must be in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.

Any damaged item or any item with alterations done by anyone other than a desiablegems.com jeweler will not be eligible for returns. Certification papers that accompany any item must be returned with the item or the return will not be accepted.

Simply follow these easy steps to process your return:

  • Call desirablegems.com at 919-231-0364 and we will promptly fax or e-mail you a Return Authorization Release Form.  Upon the return of the signed form, we will issue a return authorization number.
  • Package the item(s) securely and address to

    For security reasons, please do not write “DesirableGems” anywhere on the outside of the box.

  • Any item less than $500 may be returned by any carrier.  All items over $500 must be sent via USPS. All must be insured.
  • All refunds will be given in the form of original purchase.
